Cedar Point is partnering up with Guinness World Records on Sunday, July 31st to break two world records.

One of them is to see how long the children of Classy Chaos can stay still.

Thank you Cedar Point for inviting us to a day full of family fun. We had a blast!

My middle child, age seven, would like everyone online to know that she went on

the Magnum XL-200 with her hands up in the air.

Kidding aside. Cedar Point is attempting to break two world records next Sunday. One for most number of people bouncing beach balls in the air. Discount Drug Mart is donating the beach balls - all you have to do is keep it up in the air for ten seconds. For the second record, they are promoting skin and sun safety by attempting to break the record of most people applying sunscreen at the same time. Panama Jack is providing free packets of sunscreen.

The best part about it all is that Cedar Point is selling a discounted ticket online where guests can save $11.99 per ticket. In addition to that, a portion of ticket sales from that day will be donated to the American Cancer Society. Participation is limited (arrive by 9:30am to be a part of history), so it will be first-come, first-served as people enter the park, but all are invited to watch.

Disclosure: our admission to Cedar Point was paid for but all opinions are my own
